Woes van Haaften

Freelance designer Woes van haaften (1979, Amsterdam) likes to work with different types of media (cross media). The exciting thing about this diversity is the fact that every medium (film, graphics, interior) exposes you to different condtions.
This triggers my curiosity. The dynamics of a variety of design assignments also enables you to experience all kinds of different situations and encounter people form various social backgrounds. My design proecesses keep me off the street as well as on it. I always try to involve the audience in my work. Interacting with the viewer is of great importance. Projects do not leave people untouched. My work requires a certain amount of attention and it calls for responses. That is why it will always have communicative value. I am not merely interested in the beauty of a product.
